SEN Teacher - The school
Outstanding SEN School based in Holloway, Islington which offer training and support to progress your CPD! The SEN School caters for students with varied complex needs which may include Autism, Medical & Physical Needs, Severe Learning Difficulties, students range from 4-19 who may also speech and language difficulties. The School is such as positive and friendly environment, everyone we have sent to this School wants to return!!
SEN Teacher - The position
You will be a qualified teacher holding QTS/QTLS with experience teaching students with Autism/Complex Needs. Perhaps you've taught a mix of verbal and nonverbal students. You will be taking a fantastic class of beautiful and humorous characters in Key Stage 1! Together with your team, you will plan and deliver creative lessons that are tailored to each individual student needs as each student will work and progress differently. You have 2 highly skilled TA's supporting. Parents are supportive and relationships are excellent. At present, you will be balancing at home learning and in school learning delivery so this is shared duties with the excellent parallel teacher so that no teacher is taking on too much.
Teachers wellfare and wellbeing is extremely important to the Head Teacher who has an open door policy and has really created this excellent School environment!
