Pay: £180-£250 per day (Main Pay Scale)

A supportive SEN school in Bromley is looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This role is ideal for a compassionate educator committed to supporting KS1 pupils with Autism (ASD) and Speech, Communication and Language Needs (SCLN).
The Role - SEN Teacher
As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs. Working alongside therapists and support staff, you'll help children develop confidence, communication, and independence in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan and adapt lessons for pupils with ASD and SCLN
- Develop individual learning plans to support communication and independence
- Work closely with therapists, SENCOs, and staff
- Monitor progress and support learning outcomes
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent
- Experience with EYFS pupils, ideally in SEN/ASD/SCLN settings
- Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies
- Excellent teamwork and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting every child's success
