SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - South East London - November Start

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in South East London. This special needs school dedicate their time to improving the lives of young autistic individuals and helping them to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety issues of the school
  • Know learners have likes, preferences, motivators and how to engage positively and actively communicate with them.
  • Know that every learner is unique and how autism can impact their learning / access to it.
  • Actively consider using a range of appropriate, motivating, age respectfulness resources.

This special needs school is located only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest station.
