About the Role:

  • Contribute to the wider pastoral and academic life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN in an educational or care setting
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and the desire to grow professionally
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or a related degree) are desirable but not essential

What the School Offers:

  • A highly supportive and inclusive school culture
  • A strong SEN team with experienced leadership
  • Ongoing CPD and training opportunities
  • A clear route to a permanent contract for committed and capable staff
  • A welcoming, community-driven school environment in a desirable West London location
