  • Opportunities for career progression within our expanding trust/school network
  • A positive working culture that promotes well-being and work-life balance
  • The chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people with additional needs

We are proud to provide an environment where every member of staff is encouraged to learn, grow, and feel part of something meaningful.

  • A good communicator with a calm and flexible approach
  • Eager to develop your skills through ongoing training and mentoring
  • Committed to supporting the school's ethos of inclusion, respect, and high aspirations for all

Experience working with students with MLD, autism, speech and language needs, or emotional and behavioural difficulties is desirable but not essential, training and guidance will be provided.
