About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with additional needs.
Support students with a range of SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and moderate learning difficulties.
Create a safe, structured, and inspiring classroom environment.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families, and external professionals.
Monitor, assess, and celebrate individual progress.
Contribute to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans.
Who We're Looking For
You will:
Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
Have experience working with children with SEND (school or specialist provision).
Demonstrate strong behaviour management with a therapeutic, child-centred approach.
Be patient, adaptable, and solution-focused.
Have a genuine passion for inclusive education.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
Early Career Teachers with relevant SEN experience are encouraged to apply.
