SEN Teacher Required - Barking & Dagenham - January 2020
A lovely, culturally diverse, highly ambitious, friendly and energetic school, located in the inner London Borough of Barking is currently seeking a motivated professional to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment with time-limited, therapeutic, educational intervention for pupils and support for their families and schools.
The role is a resource provision for primary aged children with social, emotional and mental health needs, who are subject to fixed term exclusions or at risk of permanent exclusion.
My client is keen to provide a positive ethos and culture to raise the self-esteem and attainment of their pupils by providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where all adhere to the school values and believe that all children deserve the best. The school is commissioned by the Local Authority to provide support for children between the ages of 6-11 years, particularly those who have suffered early trauma.
