SEN Teacher Responsibilities:
- Planning creative, tailored lessons that meet individual needs
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Working closely with a skilled team of TAs and SEN professionals

- Creating a safe, happy, and inclusive classroom environment
SEN Teacher Attributes:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT
- Experience in SEN or a strong interest in developing within this area
