A welcoming primary school in the London Borough of Ealing is seeking a dedicated SEN TA to join their supportive team. You'll be working closely with class teachers to provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, and communication difficulties.
The Role:
Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position
Start: ASAP (long-term, with potential to go permanent)
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience
Working 1:1 and in small groups to help children access learning and build confidence
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school, nursery, or care setting)
Patient, empathetic and proactive in supporting children's social and emotional development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping young learners thrive
