THE ROLE

* Working with students in Year 7 - Year 11 through all subject areas

Teaching Assistant SPECIFICATION

* You will need to have worked as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary or Secondary School where you would've gained some experience of SEN.

* Ability to work well as part of a large multi-skilled team.

* Flexible and adaptable

* A team player with a can do attitude

* Ambitious and driven

* Bright, energetic Teaching Assistants who either have experience working in secondary schools with an interest in working with children/young people with special needs ain a well resourced school

* Support and training will be provided by both the school and us here at Reeson Education to up-skill you as a Teaching Assistant.

The ideal Teaching Assistant:

* A passion for working with children with special needs

* Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Emotional Intelligence

* Experience in a Classroom and 1:1/small group work

* Good Literacy and Numeracy Skills
