Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an SEN unit at a primary school in Vauxhall. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with primary-aged children with Autism in a supportive and structured environment.

- Class Structure: 10 students per class, supported by 4 Teaching Assistants
Responsibilities for SEN Teaching Assistant:
- As an SEN Teaching Assistant, provide tailored support to primary-aged children with Autism.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a supportive, structured learning environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher and other teaching assistants to deliver individualized education plans.
- Support students' academic and social development through one-on-one and group activities.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring each child's needs are met.
Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with children with Autism, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting SEN students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the classroom environment.
- Availability for an immediate start after half term and willingness to undergo a trial day.
