Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

SEN Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:
Provide consistent one-to-one support throughout the school day
Help the pupil manage focus, transitions, and classroom participation
Implement behaviour strategies and support social communication
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt tasks
Track and report on progress and development
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting pupils with Autism and/or ADHD - essential
Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and learning
Ability to build strong, supportive relationships
DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Availability to start immediately and commit long-term
