Reeson Education is delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded Islington primary school seeking a talented Early Years Practitioner to support their Early Years provision. This is a key role for someone passionate about early childhood education and experienced in working with children who have a wide range of SEN.
You'll work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
Key Requirements:
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
Significant SEN experience, including supporting children with EHCPs, autism spectrum disorders, and communication needs.
Strong communication skills to liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies.
Confidence in implementing differentiated learning strategies.
