Job Title: SEN & PMLD Support Worker

Salary: £110.00 - £115.00 Per day
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced SEN & PMLD Support Worker to join our team in Bolton. This is a full-time, immediate start role for someone who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to children with SEN & PMLD.
Assist with personal care, daily routines, and educational activities.
Support emotional, social, and behavioural development.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individual plans.
Maintain accurate records of care, progress, and interventions.
Be a positive, patient, and empathetic role model for the children you support.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN & PMLD.
Full Adult and Child DBS (essential).
Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexibly and respond to the individual needs of children.
Compassion, empathy, and dedication to supporting young people.
