Pay: £85 - £100 per day

About the Role:
- Full-time role as an SEN Teaching Assistant within a mixed KS1-KS2 provision
- Supporting pupils with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges
- Working both 1:1 and with small groups to help students achieve individual targets
- Creating a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborating closely with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have prior experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Bring a proactive, calm, and compassionate attitude to the role
- Be passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive
- Be confident in following structured support plans and using initiative where needed
- Possess excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a lasting impact
