We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for two young children in Reception and Year 1 with undiagnosed Autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing primary school environment where you can make a real difference in children's early learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 tailored support for pupils with Autism
Use structured strategies and techniques to enhance communication and engagement
Collaborate with class teachers and SEN staff to deliver personalised interventions
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
Support children's social and emotional development
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
