About the Role:
Supporting pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional or behavioural needs
Working one-to-one and in small groups to help children access the curriculum and develop social and communication skills
Assisting in classroom activities, interventions and sensory play
Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
A recent graduate (or final year student) with a strong academic background
A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy and resilience
Previous experience working with children (voluntary, paid or personal) is desirable but not essential
An interest in education, psychology, social care or SEN is a real advantage
