About the Role:
We are seeking caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing. The successful candidates will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASD), speech and language difficulties, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assist with the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and parents
Support children with their social and emotional development as well as their academic progress
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience working with children with special educational needs, ideally in a primary school
A calm, nurturing, and patient approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or similar) is preferred but not essential
