SEN Teaching Assistant | £80-£100 per day | ASAP Start | Seven Sisters, North London

What You'll Be Doing as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • 1:1 and Small Group Support: Work with pupils individually or in small groups within the unit, focusing on those with behavioural challenges and complex needs.
  • Implement Individual Plans: Follow tailored behaviour management and learning plans to ensure each student receives the support they need to flourish.
  • Build Lasting Connections: Create a foundation of trust with pupils, helping them develop social skills, resilience, and self-management techniques.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with classroom teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to maintain a consistent and supportive environment.
  • Track and Adapt: Observe and monitor progress, using insights to adjust support strategies and communicate key information back to the team.
