SEN Teaching Assistant | Waltham Forest Primary Schools | Immediate & September Starts | £82 - £100/day

Reeson Education is recruiting caring SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Waltham Forest. As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will work one‑to‑one and in small groups with pupils who have autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs in Walthamstow, Leyton and Chingford. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is perfect for someone who wants to make a tangible difference right away or from September.

SEN Teaching Assistant Role Highlights:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant You Will:

  • Provide tailored one‑to‑one and small‑group support under EHCP guidelines.

  • Use creative strategies to engage and motivate students.

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists and parents.

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Will Have:

  • Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs.

  • A calm, patient and adaptable approach.

  • A genuine passion for inclusion and education.

  • An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
