Reeson Education is looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Walthamstow, within the borough of Waltham Forest, this September. This full-time role is perfect for someone with experience supporting children with additional needs, especially Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.

Salary: £82.14 - £100 per day, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, term time only
Supporting a pupil with ASD or similar additional needs in a 1:1 capacity
Working closely with the SENCo, class teacher, and therapists
What We're Looking for in a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting
Strong understanding of common SEN needs, especially ASD, ADHD, or SEMH
A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and external professionals
