SEN Teaching Assistant | Waltham Forest | £82.14-£100 per day | September Start | Full-Time

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience or a keen interest in working with children with additional needs such as autism (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.



Role Overview - SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups within the mainstream classroom

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans

  • Creating a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

  • Promoting independence and building confidence in pupils with SEN



What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar setting

  • A caring, patient, and proactive personality

  • Someone passionate about making education inclusive and accessible

  • Availability for a full-time, term-time role starting September
