We are seeking a confident and resilient Learning Support Assistant to support a child with challenging behaviour in a Year 5 class at a welcoming Primary School in Ealing.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference and has experience supporting pupils who require additional behavioural support.
The Role:
Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil
Supporting the child to regulate behaviour and engage positively in learning
Implementing behaviour strategies and following individual support plans
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children with challenging behaviour (essential)
Strong behaviour management skills
Calm, patient and consistent approach
Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
Team player with good communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
