Reeson Education is working closely with a welcoming, inclusive Primary School in Brent as they expand their specialist provision for children with autism. The school is seeking several compassionate, patient and enthusiastic 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025.

About the Role of SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be supporting pupils with autism and additional learning needs, helping them engage with the curriculum, develop social skills and build confidence in the classroom setting. You'll work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to provide tailored support to meet each child's individual needs.
What We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience supporting children with autism or special educational needs
A calm, patient and empathetic approach
Strong communication, teamwork and basic IT skills
A resourceful, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to children's individual needs
A genuine passion for making a positive difference to children's lives
