A welcoming and supportive primary school in Ealing is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
The Role:
You will be providing 1:1 support for a pupil with ADHD, challenging behaviour, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. This role requires a calm, compassionate, and proactive individual who can build strong, trusting relationships and help the child access learning and develop positive social skills.

What They're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with ADHD, SEMH, and/or challenging behaviour
Strong behaviour management skills and a positive, patient attitude
Ability to work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives
