The Role Requires Someone Who:
Has solid, hands-on experience working with SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.)
Can build strong, supportive relationships with students
Is confident delivering 1:1 support and small-group interventions
Brings patience, resilience, and a positive approach
Is adaptable, reliable, and able to start ASAP
