SENCO
I am working with an exceptional independent girls school who are looking to appoint a SENCO to start September 2020. This is a permanent position, either full or part time.
This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a supportive and dynamic working environment and become a key member in a lovely school setting. The position of SENCO at this school is not part of the school's senior leadership team and so is paid on their classroom teacher pay scale with an additional TLR attached.
The school are looking to appoint for this position by the May half term and have quoted me a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 as a full time permanent annual salary.
This is an important position within the school and will see you working with students of all ages. The school does not have a high number of statemented pupils so the role will involve a strong pastoral element as well. In particular they are looking for someone with a strong background in English or humanities.
The successful applicant will hold the NASENCO qualification or be working towards it.
