REQUIREMENTS - SENCO

Applications are welcome from an experienced SENCO who has a passion for working with the middle year groups of Year 6 - Yer 8 (ages 10 - 13). SENCOs will be considered for this position, but applicants should have UK QTS or an overseas formal secondary school teaching qualification recognised in the UK. Ideally you will have experience of working in a London Primary or Secondary School and can demonstrate a track record of delivering outstanding results and supporting students who have varying needs.

THE ROLE - SENCO

SENCO required who would enjoy working with students who have a thirst to learn, are engaging and eager to please. The ideal candidate will be someone who has the enthusiasm and passion to overcome barriers to learning and can motivate a team of LSAs to provide the best level of education possible.

The SEND department has both experienced and newly-qualified members of staff. All are able to offer the support required to hit the ground running and will be keen to offer a great hand over and induction to facilitate a smooth transition.

The SEND Department, as a whole, works as a close-knit group, sharing resources and strategies across the year groups taught at the school. The creative arts is a school focus and passion and student are encouraged to pursue their artistic interests and talents.
