REESON Education are working with a Hampstead based Primary school looking for an SEND TA to join their team from September 2021, on a full time, long term basis.
The school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic EYFS SEND TA to work 1:1 with a pupil in a Reception class. The role is working alongside a pupil with Down syndrome and who is yet to receive their EHCP. The pupil is pre-verbal, with good social skills and an understanding of communication. The pupil responds well to being in a school setting and and the right candidate will be able to further encourage participation, alongside independent learning. You will be working alongside the class teacher to provide a high standard of support and will need to be able to plan, deliver and monitor work to meet the needs of their Education, Health and Care Plan, as well as adapting materials to support each pupil.
