A forward-thinking technology-led primary school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role:
Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (including ASD, ADHD and learning needs)
Providing 1:1 and small-group support in and out of the classroom
Using technology-based tools and interventions to enhance learning and engagement
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Working closely with class teachers, SENCO and support staff
Helping create a positive, structured and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
Patient, calm and empathetic approach
Confident using technology and specialist resources to support learning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about inclusion and making a real difference
