A welcoming primary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work within their specialist provision unit supporting pupils with additional needs. The Role:
Supporting pupils within the school's specialist SEN provision
Working 1:1 and in small groups with children with additional needs
Supporting pupils with learning, communication and emotional development
Assisting the teacher with differentiated learning activities
Helping to create a positive, structured and nurturing environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children with SEN (such as ASD, speech and language needs, or SEMH)
Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
Confident supporting children who require additional behavioural or emotional support
Experience in a primary school or specialist setting is desirable
Passionate about helping children reach their full potential
