Site Services Assistant

A Site Services Assistant is needed in an All-Girls Secondary School in South West London.

This Site Services Assistant position will be full time but the work pattern can be 7am to 3pm and 12pm to 8pm, alternating weekly. Being a very large school, the facilities are open on weekends and during holidays.

Responsibilities for this Site Services Assistant role will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintenance of the buildings
  • Carrying out repairs
  • Providing general security
  • Day to day cleaning
  • Carrying out safety checks
  • Working with contractors

Ideal applicants for this Site Services Assistant vacancy will:

  • Have relevant Health & Safety qualifications/training
  • Have previous experience of building maintenance
  • Possess a proactive attitude towards applying regulations
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Have a decent understanding of how to use ICT and perform DIY
  • Be adaptable, friendly and professional
  • Be able to effectively communicate with others
  • Ensure they uphold the ethos of the school

The rates of pay for this Site Services Assistant position will range from £72 to £160 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

Requirements
