A position for a qualified and experienced Sociology Teacher has become available at an excellent all boys school in South West London.
The school is seeking to appoint a Sociology Teacher on a part-time basis.
Experience and willingness to teach KS5 is essential for this Sociology Teacher role.
Employment for this Sociology Teacher post will be for a year, to cover a maternity leave.
The salary for this Sociology Teacher role will be dependent on experience and qualifications ranging from £32157 to £50935.
The School
This is an all-boys school that has rich and extensive tradition when it comes to sport. Many professional sportsmen have studied at the school. There is Gifted and Talented programme at the school which provides support to the top 5 - 10% of pupils in each year group.
Each department organises trips and runs extracurricular activities to establish an environment of inclusion. In addition to this, the school has received several awards such as Healthy Schools, Education Business Partnership, FA Charter Standard and Sport England.
Requirements

All Sociology Teacher applicants must have the following criteria in order to be considered for this position as a Sociology Teacher:
- Right to work in the UK as a Sociology Teacher
- UK QTS or overseas equivalent
- Working knowledge/experience of teaching as a Sociology Teacher in UK Secondary Schools
