A Sociology Teacher is needed in a Coeducational Secondary School in South East London.
You will need to teach KS5 Sociology for this Sociology Teacher post.
Applicants that can teach Psychology to KS5 and Humanities/PSHE to KS3 would be preferred but all applicants will still be considered .
This Sociology Teacher role will be full time.
Standard class teacher responsibilities apply for this Sociology Teacher position. This includes but isn't limited to; planning lessons, assessing pupil progress and attending team meetings.
The rates of pay for this Sociology Teacher role will be between £130 to £250 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each candidate.

The school was founded in 1913. Since then, it has expanded in to a vibrant community school.
Currently there are 1486 pupils enrolled at the school. As of 2018, the schools is rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

Requirements
You are welcome to apply if you are a newly qualified Sociology Teacher or experienced Sociology Teacher.
Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Sociology Teacher or overseas trained Sociology Teacher.
All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Sociology Teacher:
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and up to date DBS
- UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
- Experience of teaching as a Sociology Teacher in UK schools
