Spanish Teacher

Spanish Teacher required for September in a Mixed Independent Secondary School in South East London.

Interviews for this Spanish Teacher role are taking place as we speak.

The school are seeking a skilled Spanish Teacher to teach pupils Spanish from KS4 to KS5.

As a work environment for a Spanish Teacher, the school is well equipped and is run by a supportive team that works closely to keep pupils happy, as well as safe.

The school does have a high number of SEN pupils, particularly those with ASD. There are also a variety of LAPs. Therefore, a Spanish Teacher that has experience of differentiating for and teaching SEN pupils would have an advantage.

The salary for this Spanish Teacher position will be between £32157 and £50935, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A mainstream independent school for pupils aged 11 to 19.

The school has very good provisions for children with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).

Class sizes are kept small in order for each pupil to be provided with the right amount of attention and support during lessons.

Staff have been credited as taking an active role in all areas of pupil development, from feedback of ex pupils and parents.

As of 2018, the ISI Inspection Report finds the school to be Good to Outstanding across all areas.

Requirements

Applications are welcome if you are a Spanish Teacher at any stage in your career, including if you are a British trained Spanish Teacher or overseas trained Spanish Teacher.

You can also apply if you are a newly qualified Spanish Teacher or experienced Spanish Teacher.
