A supportive primary school in Brentford is seeking an experienced and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in Year 4 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour. This role is ideal for someone calm, consistent, and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
About the Role
Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD and behavioural needs
Implement strategies to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Assist with tailored learning activities and personalised interventions
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and external professionals
Help maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing environment
