We are a vibrant and inclusive primary school located in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, committed to providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment for all our pupils.
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team from September 2025, to support a child with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who will be joining Year 3. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with Autism, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience supporting children with Autism, ideally within a primary school setting
Demonstrate a calm, patient and nurturing approach
Be confident in using strategies to support communication, emotional regulation and sensory needs
Work effectively as part of a team, including liaising with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
Show commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
