A warm and inclusive primary school in Paddington is looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a Year 1 classroom. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about helping young learners thrive both academically and emotionally.
About the Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASD in Year 1
Assist with tailored learning activities and differentiated tasks
Support social, emotional, and communication development
Work alongside the class teacher and SENCo to implement individual support plans
Help create a calm, positive, and structured learning environment
