Specific Learning Difficulties Teacher:
We are currently seeking for a committed SpLD Teacher to work within an SEN School, situated in West London. The SpLD Teacher should have experience working with children with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia.
The School:
This special school is based in the borough of West London and is split across two sites. We are looking for someone who has strong subject knowledge of English and Maths. The school believes in having strong, respectful and trusting relationships among members of staff and their students. This school teaches all National Curriculum subjects. They're constantly striving to maintain this relationship, as they believe it is key, in order to achieve the best results from their students. The staff retention levels are high, and the school is led by an inspirational head teacher who leads by example.
The Ideal Applicant:
We are looking for Teachers who are confident, resilient, committed, driven, flexible and someone who can take initiative. As this vacancy is an September start, it is key for any new member of staff that joins the school that a smooth transition takes place, in order to create minimal disruption for the students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with complex needs in either a mainstream or a special school. We need someone who is highly confident in supporting students with complex needs.
