Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups and subjects as needed.
- Adapt quickly to new classrooms, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Maintain a high standard of teaching, ensuring that all students are actively engaged and making progress.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management and safeguarding.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to provide the best educational experience for students.
- Provide feedback on student progress and any issues to the school leadership team.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary schools across different year groups, from Nursery to Year 6.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to various teaching environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and positive approach to teaching.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
