Teacher Of English
Immediate start for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher Of English in a 'Good' independent Secondary School in South West London.
The school is an Islamic Faith School, with split boys and girls sites. However, you do not need to be a practicing Muslim to apply for this Teacher Of English position.
Teaching for this Teacher Of English role will be for KS3 and KS4, primarily with boys.
This will be a full time, permanent post as a Teacher Of English. Inductions can be supported if you are a Newly Qualified Teacher Of English.
The salary for this Teacher Of English position will be between £26000 and £28000, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
The School
Founded in 1993, the school was initially only taking on Primary aged pupils but has since expanded to include a Secondary site.
As with any school, there are staff who deliver support and teaching for the core subjects, but there are additional subjects such as Arabic and Islamic Studies.
The site is well equipped with Interactive Smartboards in every class, a new library and Science Laboratory.
In regard to the ethos, it is based around combining the Islamic faith and British Values, as well placing importance on the ideology of furthering education.
