Reeson Education are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a terrific Special Needs School situated in the borough in the Brent.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support in a Key Stage 2 SLD class with approximately 7/8 students and 3 TAs supporting. The pupils in this particular class are all verbal and are working at reception to Year 1 Levels.
We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience working as a TA within Special Needs Schools however this is not essential. As a teaching assistant within this school you will be monitoring child progression, behaviour, supporting their individual learning and working alongside the class teacher. It is important to note, that working with in an SEN School may have responsibilities that include personal care.
The school has approximately 300 students and supports students with ASC, MLD, PMLD, SLCN, and other complex needs. This Ofsted Outstanding School provides parking on all their sites, in addition to be easily accessible for those who commute by public transport.
