Reeson is seeking to employ great Teaching Assistant 's on a permanent basis from September. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be there to help assist with the day to day needs and provide excellent support for the children and provide 1:1 support for SEN children. We are looking for staff who are comfortable with EYFS all the way up to KS2.
Teaching Assistant Job Description
As a Teaching Assistant, you will need to; develop great relationships with both the children and staff members, gain a strong understanding of the curriculum, be resourceful and use your initiative, take lead when necessary and have great behavioural management. Experience is desired however, if you demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to learn we will also consider this.
