We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Harrow. This is a full-time, long-term position with an immediate start date.
As a Teaching Assistant at our PRU, you will be working with children who have been excluded from mainstream education due to behavioural issues. You will have experience working with behaviours that challenge and be able to provide a supportive and structured environment for our students.
You will work closely with our teaching staff to support our students in their academic and personal development. You will be responsible for assisting with classroom activities and providing one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have been excluded from mainstream education and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be patient, resilient, and have a genuine passion for working with young people.
