Requirements:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Genuine interest and knowledge in sports, particularly football
- Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
- Patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the child's academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the child in their daily learning activities, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assisting with behaviour management strategies and implementing personalised interventions to support their engagement and progress.
