Are you looking for a new challenge as a Teaching Assistant?
We have some lovely client schools situated in Enfield looking for Teaching Assistants to join their team. We are looking for TA's who have prior experience working with children with ASC and PMLD between the ages of 4 - 16. The schools are looking for someone that has a child centred approach and has high expectations of pupils progress.
The schools are Ofsted rated "good to outstanding" and have a fantastic reputation amongst the local community. As an SEN TA, it is worth noting you will be required to help with Personal Care, nappy changing and activities such as hydrotherapy.

Responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 or in small groups
- Reporting on individual progress
- Liaising with parents
- Managing Challenging Behaviour
- Supporting the teacher
- Preparing the classroom for the day
- Providing personal care if required
