The Role
Reeson Education is seeking a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN primary school in Southwark. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children with:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Complex learning needs
Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:
Experienced (or highly interested) in working with SEN children
Calm, patient, and compassionate in their approach
Confident in supporting children with ASD and communication needs
A team player with a proactive attitude
- A DBS check or willingness to obtain one
