Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, tailoring assistance to their individual needs.

- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress.

- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional and social development.


- A genuine passion for working with students with SEN.

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
