Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling role in an independent primary school setting? Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with Year 1 children at an esteemed independent primary school in Barnes. This is a long-term position with an immediate start, offering four days per week.
Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Year 1 class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with individual students or small groups to provide targeted intervention and support.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to meet the needs of all students.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
