A special needs school in Tower Hamlets catering to children with autism is currently recruiting teaching assistants for their team due to expansion. Your role will be to:
- Provide tailored support, guidance, and assist in implementing individualized education plans.
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment that promotes independence and social skills development.
-Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create personalized strategies.
- Monitor student progress and ensure their safety and well-being.
Requires proven experience in special needs schools or with children with autism, understanding of autism spectrum disorders, and excellent communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting special needs children are essential.
Relevant qualifications or training in special education are advantageous.
